Hi, my name is Chile Doan. I was born and raised in Morgan City, Louisiana. I am fluent in both English and Vietnamese. I've always been known for leading my team with empathy and passion in the retail business. I started Doan Payment Solutions to bring honesty and clarity to a world where merchant fees keep rising and transparency is rare. Most of my clients call me directly because they know I'll take care of everything in a timely manner. If I don't answer, it's because I'm with another client. I call back as soon as possible to resolve any issues or questions you may have. Whether it's me answering my phone calls, texts, emails, or even driving 2 hours out; It's about showing up for my clients when it matters most. I'm available for appointments seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. I know your time is valuable, so I keep my hours flexible to make scheduling as convenient as possible. I am here to support you and your business by bringing a personal touch to every client with genuine support and savings - whether that's fixing a card reader, reviewing merchant statements, or just offering free advice.
